For software, website, application, consulting, or digital service projects, delivery may include reports, documents, source files, digital access, configured systems, advisory sessions, or other agreed deliverables.

Client delays in providing information, approvals, content, access, or payment may delay delivery timelines.

9. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timelines
• Ensuring that materials you provide do not infringe third-party rights
• Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and system access

• Making payments on time

10. Revisions and Changes

Any included revisions will be stated in the relevant quotation, proposal, or agreement. Additional revisions, new requirements, urgent work, or out-of-scope changes may be charged separately.

11. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations depend on the type of service and the stage of work.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Payments for completed services are non-refundable
• Payments for work already started may be partially or fully non-refundable
• Third-party costs, government fees, payment gateway fees, hosting fees, software subscriptions, and bank charges are non-refundable
• Custom software, website, consulting, and digital services may not be refundable once work has commenced

If a project is cancelled by the client, MEGBA NEXUS L.L.C-FZ may invoice for work completed, time spent, third-party costs, and committed expenses.

12. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party platforms, hosting providers, payment gateways, analytics tools, software providers, APIs, marketplaces, logistics providers, or other external services.

We are not responsible for the availability, performance, pricing, policies, errors, downtime, or actions of third-party services.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all website content, text, branding, designs, documents, processes, concepts, software code, templates, graphics, and materials created or owned by MEGBA NEXUS L.L.C-FZ remain our intellectual property.

For client projects, ownership of final deliverables will be transferred only after full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
